Ugly Bird LLC (“we,” “us”) operates the Hocket iOS application. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with our apps.
What we collect
Hocket does not collect, store, or transmit personal information. The app operates entirely on your device. No account is required.
Feedback
If you submit in-app feedback, that submission is stored in Apple CloudKit and is visible only to us. It may include a composition snapshot and the text you provide. Submissions are voluntary.
Apple platforms
Apple may collect diagnostic and usage data through TestFlight and the App Store. That collection is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not control or receive that data in identifiable form.
Third parties
Hocket contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking of any kind.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app.

By downloading or using Hocket, you agree to these terms.
License
Ugly Bird LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hocket on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Standard EULA.
Your content
Compositions you create belong to you. We claim no ownership over music or patterns you make with Hocket.
Bundled samples
Hocket includes audio samples from third-party sources. Each sample bank is used under its respective open license (CC0, CC BY, or similar). Attribution is provided within the app.
No warranty
Hocket is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, device issues, or any damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
